Sheet pan meals will forever be my favorite week night dinner.

chicken sausage
Chopped sweet potato, bell peppers, zucchini, red + white onion
Seasoning: olive oil, garlic salt, red pepper flakes + black pepper
Cook: 400F for 30 minutes
Serve: over rice or in a wrap the next day for lunch!

Donโ€™t be afraid to create your own take on a recipe. Donโ€™t have a rosemary sprig? I didnโ€™t! I just added a dash of dried rosemary and called it a day.

I love onions ๐Ÿง… So I double the amount called for.

Dislike kale? Add spinach.

Want more protein? Use bone broth.
