👀This week’s energies are no joke but in a sort of soft and subtle way….

We got our first foster pup this week and it’s crazy how many emotions have surfaced just by having her here.

Old memories of our passed on Soul Pups who left such a deep imprint on our hearts that we still get teary when they come to mind…

Reminders of old relationships and loss that maybe weren’t fully healed even though we thought they were.

It really does feel like a call for all of us this week to become super present and address whatever is there emotionally that wants to release, especially around your relationships, past and present.

💝Valentine’s Day can be beautiful… and it can also quietly highlight where things still feel hard.

Over the years, through our own relationship and through thousands of Spirit conversations, we’ve seen something over and over:

💥Healthy love doesn’t just happen. It has to be intentional.

So many relationships fall apart, not because there wasn’t love there, but because of a lack of awareness.

〰️ Our unhealed wounds sometimes speak up louder to our partners than our truth.

〰️ We get defensive to mask the fact that we’re actually hurting inside.

〰️ We ask or expect our Partners to fill holes that were never theirs to fill.

Andrea and I are going on 6 years of being in a relationship with eachother 🤗

We still have moment where we get triggered.
We still have moments where our shadows show up and word vomit before we catch them.

But the difference now is that we catch ourselves…

We pause, remember that our emotions are ours, not our partners to process…
Then we communicate and the charge resolves… not just with peace but with inner clarity.

And that’s what changes everything.
