If you know Spirit, you know that they will always find a way to get through to you, whether that be through signs, symbols, a movie, a stranger yelling something…

But if you don’t know or are having a hard time getting the message please don’t let any communication barriers stop you from getting the reading you need and deserve.

🐝 I was out on a walk the other day letting some emotions move through me, just being in it… and apparently this little bee decided to come along for the ride

I didn’t even realize he was there until I got back inside and started doing dishes… and he was just sitting on my shirt chilling like that was normal.

So I took him back outside, and he flew away.

And I couldn’t help but feel like it was such a reflection of this week…

Things are coming up.
Moving through.
Releasing.

And not everything that shows up is meant to stay.

Some things just pass through you… and then they’re gone.

👀This week’s energies are no joke but in a sort of soft and subtle way….

We got our first foster pup this week and it’s crazy how many emotions have surfaced just by having her here.

Old memories of our passed on Soul Pups who left such a deep imprint on our hearts that we still get teary when they come to mind…

Reminders of old relationships and loss that maybe weren’t fully healed even though we thought they were.

It really does feel like a call for all of us this week to become super present and address whatever is there emotionally that wants to release, especially around your relationships, past and present.
