Now that the temperature has risen, it's our first annual reminder to stay hydrated, especially for older adults. With age comes various body changes that affect hydration, and seniors need water more than ever to maintain their body functions.
Drink your water! If you think water is too boring and tasteless (which is the point), herbal teas, juices or water-rich fruit such as watermelon or oranges work just fine. Check our previous post for fruits that are in season this month!
