Hydration during pregnancy isn’t optional, but sugary drinks are a 🙅🏽♀️
If you’re not feeling water during your pregnancy, try infusing it with cucumber…lemon/lime… add in rosemary or mint leaves to elevate it more.
Your body and bay thrive on proper hydration, and it’s is also key for a great milk supply.
