What is a pain signal?
We’ve become conditioned to view pain as the enemy. Pain is a signal, and in a lot of cases, it’s a signal given with enough time to course correct and avoid catastrophic injury or mechanical failure down the line.
Pain signals are the bread crumbs we can use to find the root cause of an issue or dysfunction. Start to listen to these signals, feeling the subtle differences. A pins-n-needle pain is different from a dull ache, and they incriminate different culprits. Learn your body’s language of pain and you’ll unlock the solutions you need.
