On December 1st, we joined the world in commemorating World AIDS Day, a day to show solidarity with people living with HIV, honor those who have lost their lives to AIDS-related illnesses and renew our commitment to ending the HIV epidemic. HIV is not a death sentence, but a chronic condition that can be managed with proper care and support. But too many people still face stigma, discrimination, and barriers to accessing life-saving treatment and prevention services. We can change that. We can end HIV stigma and ensure that everyone has the right to health and dignity. We can make HIV history. Join us in raising awareness and taking action for World AIDS Day. Share this post with your friends and family and use the hashtags or to show your support. Together, we can make a difference.

Hey everyone! We have some exciting news to share with you today. The Beat-HIV Community Advisory Board (CAB) is currently looking for new members to join our team, and we're particularly keen to recruit more females to the board.

The CAB is an integral part of the Beat-HIV Collaboratory, which is a group of scientists, healthcare providers, community advocates, and people living with HIV who are working together to find a cure for HIV/AIDS. As a CAB member, you'll have the opportunity to provide input and feedback on the research being done, help shape the direction of the Beat-HIV project, and advocate for the needs and concerns of people living with HIV.

We're looking for passionate, committed individuals who are interested in making a difference in the fight against HIV. If you're a woman living with HIV, a caregiver or advocate for women living with HIV, or just someone who's passionate about HIV research and advocacy, we encourage you to apply to join our CAB.

As a CAB member, you'll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team that's working together to find a cure for HIV. You'll have the chance to work with some of the top HIV researchers and healthcare providers in the world, and to make a real impact on the lives of people living with HIV.

So what are you waiting for? If you're interested in joining our CAB, or if you know someone who might be a good fit, please reach out to us today. We can't wait to hear from you!

Did you know that HIV disproportionately affects communities of color and LGBTQ+ individuals? That's why it's so important for us to educate ourselves and take steps to protect ourselves and our loved ones.
