Real Girl Method Erin Chambers is a certified Pilates and Barre Instructor in the Philadelphia and South Jersey area. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment.

It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.

Often used as preparation for handstands, this move requires you to lift your hips toward the ceiling while pressing a spring-loaded pedal.

on the Shoulder Bridge on the Pilates Wunda Chair is a great place to strengthen and practice for Table, Shoulder Roll Down and even a High Bridge on the Reformer. Shoulder Bridge is a place to strengthen your back side body that will help you in all your Pilates exercises because the strength of the hamstrings and glutes is integral to connecting to your entire center. What I love about the Shoulder Bridge on the Wunda Chair is you have so much support because of the floor you’re on. It lets you focus only on what the legs are doing with the pedal.
