This was the end of Oct 2025 still around 26.5% body fat. In this next year I would love to drop down a bit and let’s see if I can get to 23% that’s my 2026 goal. I’m still learning, changing, eating habits, making sleep and wake rituals. Feels like I’m constantly fine tunning what doesn’t work and what does. It is objectively harder for women to be loose body fat than men but that does not mean impossible. I feel that my mid section is holding what it can so the challenge will be to start working on losing visceral fat and recomp. I have no true aesthetic goal, I am enjoying the journey and will keep working on staying balanced and witness where it leads me.
