Over 12k Philadelphians thank you for your support. 💙

This morning I toured Planned Parenthood. I left even more convinced about how essential this care is in Philly.

More than 20,000 Philadelphians rely on the healthcare services provided by Planned Parenthood. Most of them are low-income folks with few other health care options.

Philly already has one of the highest STI rates in the country. Trump slashing funding for healthcare services at Planned Parenthood will only make things worse.

Thank you to the volunteers who es**rt patients inside, and to Planned Parenthood staff who keep showing up for our community.

I was proud to co-sponsor Philly’s Reproductive Freedom Package that strengthened protections for Philadelphians seeking reproductive healthcare. And I stand with my colleague Minority Leader Kendra Brooks who’s leading Council’s work to make sure the City invests in Planned Parenthood and other organizations providing these lifesaving services.
