Dr. Bryant Greene is the host of the weekly radio show called "Did You Know?" and the purpose is to connect listeners to home, business and community resources that you might not ordinarily know about. The program has a new home at Radio One, airing on Classix Philly each Saturday morning from 8:30-9:00am. The inaugural show featured SELF Incorporated CEO, Dr. Shirlana Dash, who discussed their critical programs that combat homelessness in Philadelphia.

Always Best Care Team Greene was once again a presenting sponsor and Lloyd Hall was again the location for the annual Senior Strut event organized by Philadelphia Corporation for Aging (Philadelphia Corporation for the Aging).

October 17th started as a chilly Friday morning, and despite the cold, nearly 500 participants (aged 60 and up) arrived by the bus load to strut down the one mile walk along Kelly Drive with friends and loved ones, dance to the beats of DJ TouchTone, and learn about a few topics on aging at the ABC-sponsored Health Stage.

Special shout out to PCA Development Manger Pamela Diaconis, PCA Special Events Manager Mike Drzik and PCA President and CEO Najja Orr for another successful strut to get our seniors active and engaged in the community on what turned into a stunning autumn day!

Together, WE CARE! As part of National Care at Home Month, we want to highlight the importance of in-home care and the professionals who provide it.

Home health care provides medical and supportive services provided in a person's home whether that’s a house, an apartment, a relative’s home, or a senior living community. The amazing professionals that provide these services help with recovery, chronic condition management, or to prevent hospitalization. To all the home health workers, we salute you! 💙

The 2025 Walk to End Lupus Now took place on a beautiful fall day on Saturday, October 18th at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Always Best Care Community Outreach Coordinators Craig Grossman and Eliza El, along with Activation Team members Gwen Satterwhite and Earl Reid, spoke to walkers and families before the walk began and provided information at our resource table.
