Studio 34 is stoke to welcome back one of our most legendary teachers Brittany Policastro!

In this 2 hour workshop led by Holistic Somatic S*xologist and Authentic Ta**ra Practitioner Brittany Poliastro you will discover the keys to feeling safe and embodied in your s*x life so that s*x feels fun, connected and playful.

S*x tends to create more vulnerability and higher stakes and your nervous system responds accordingly. Understanding this will completely change the way you experience s*x and pleasure.

***This workshop is nons*xual in nature and open to anyone curious and open to the conversation.***

Stay tuned! Future collabs are in the works

After a particularly thorny eclipse season and Mercury retrograde, it is time to renew and regenerate. Cosmic Rest is an opportunity for deep rest and a cosmic reset. The evening of the 27th has astrological weather to support deep healing.

We begin with a slow, grounding yin yoga practice that flows into a serene, deeply conscious yoga nidra practice.

Yoga Sutra 1.2 says “Yogas Chitta Vritti Nirodha”, defining yoga as the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind.

These days, most of society lives in a constant state of overstimulation or anxiety. Our minds are full, often debilitatingly so.

In this 3 part series we will deepen our relationship to our minds and learn how to find greater mental clarity and peace.

Yoga and Yarn is a calming blend of gentle movement and creative connection. We’ll begin with an all-levels yoga practice to stretch and center the body, with a focus on hand, wrist, & shoulder work to help us ease into yarn work. From there we will shift into a cozy session of knitting or crochet where conversation flows as easily as the stitches :) Whether you’re new to yoga, new to yarn crafts, or experienced in both, all are welcome to join this relaxing and supportive workshop.
Please bring a yarn project if you have one or if you are a beginner, we will have yarn and supplies for use. Hope to see you there!

Kathy Revelle will lead the Yoga portion & Julie Brady will lead the Yan portion of this speciality class.

Lea came to yoga through the Jivamukti school in NYC in 2004. As a dancer, the gift of yoga was to work truly from the inside out and leave the mirror behind. Her 200hr training through YogaWorks (2009) was the foundation that she has been building on through continued studies with the Kula Yoga community, Trauma Sensitive Teacher Training at the Justice Resource Institute, Anusara intensive with Toni Melaas of OuterReach, Subtle Body studies with Tias Little, Body-Mind Centering, and Dynamic Embodiment™. She taught at studios in NYC from 2013-2020 and Berlin, Germany from 2022-2025. Her love of alignment as key to Pranic flow is a steady thread through all her asana classes but the heart of her teaching dwells in the spirit of yoga- connection with the divine through our flesh and breath.
