We would like to inform you of an important change regarding the future of Fairdale Pharmacy. Due to ongoing challenges with low insurance reimbursement rates, we have made the difficult decision to close Fairdale Pharmacy and move our operations to Academy Pharmacy.
We understand this change may come as a surprise, and we want to assure you that this move is necessary to continue providing you with the best service possible. By transitioning to Academy Pharmacy, we will be able to offer you a broader range of services, enhanced care, and greater sustainability in the long term. We will be retaining the Fairdale Pharmacy staff who will also be coming to Academy Pharmacy.

• Closing Date for Fairdale Pharmacy: Friday December 27th
