A little over a year ago I made a beautiful multi-tiered cake...I had so much fun with that cake I was so proud & 5 hrs after it was picked up my client texted me that it fell. My heart dropped and I was immediately mortified. Beyond embarrassed. I stopped posting cakes didn’t advertise and got so disinterested in this craft because I felt like I failed so horribly. While I’m always 100% dramatic and that reaction was totally in line with who I am, it’s so stupid. I’m so good at this and I’m so happy that cake fell (sorry Morgan), because nOw im bettta !There’s something about humility that makes you a better person even though it’s feeling is most awkward. I’m not anything but a product of my many mistakes and it’s all good. Lesson learned: 1/2”-1” dowel is best like almost always. Muhammad Ali could’ve punched this cake and it wouldn’t have toppled. Stay humble &always improving.Not bad for a nurse, eh ?👊🏼🎂

The cake hiding underneath this design was a vanilla cake with a chocolate ganache filling and raapberry buttercream. Decorated with a tall chocolate sail and raspberry infused chocolate & white chocolate bark. YUMM !! 😋🍰🍫

2️⃣: Cookies N’ Cream Cupcakes (a newer addition) oreo @ the base with a scrumptious chocolate cupcake bottom with a silky smooth crushed Oreo infused buttercream topped with America’s fave cookie (debatable?) *dish friggin’ delish*

3️⃣: Berry Delight Cupcake (healthy cause there’s fruit on it, right?) vanilla pound cupcake base filled with a mixed berry compote with a mixed berry infused buttercream topped with yummy berries !
