C a Difference C a Difference is a comprehensive testing and linkage-to-care program that provides patient navigation and medical treatment for Hepatitis C.

Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is the most common blood-borne infection in the US with over 5 million HCV positive individuals. 50-75% of chronically infected individuals are UNAWARE of their infection since HCV tends not to present early symptoms. HCV can cause liver cancer, cirrhosis, and premature death. Those most likely to be infected with HCV are baby boomers (born between 1945-1965). C a Difference is a comprehensive testing and linkage-to-care program in Center City, Philly. We work to:
• Seamlessly integrate Hepatitis C testing into clinical standard workflow
• Provide linkage to subspecialty care for those diagnosed with chronic Hepatitis C
• Educate and counsel patients regarding Hepatitis C
