💙Fairmount Behavioral Health was honored to have Amber Hughes at the Penn State Berks Wellness Fair, engaging directly with students and staff who are navigating the pressures of academic life.
Amber spent the day offering guidance, answering questions, and connecting attendees with mental health resources designed to support them long after the event ends. Building these relationships is at the heart of what we do, because wellness grows stronger when communities come together.

April is Alcohol Awareness Month — a reminder that recovery is possible, and no one has to walk the path alone.
At Fairmount Behavioral Health, we understand that alcohol use often intersects with mental health challenges. That’s why our Co‑Occurring Inpatient Track provides integrated, compassionate care for individuals facing both substance use and mental health disorders.
Our team works with each patient to stabilize, heal, and build the foundation for long‑term recovery.
Hope starts with reaching out. Healing starts with being heard.

🐾 Have you ever wondered what happens to someone’s pets when they’re unexpectedly hospitalized? Humane Society of Lebanon County asked the same question — and then they stepped up to help.
Today, Fairmount Community Liaison Amber Hughes delivered donated pet supplies to the Lebanon County Crisis Team, who will share them with the Humane Society to support pets whose owners are currently hospitalized.
Pets are family. They provide comfort, stability, and connection — especially for people living with mental illness — and they deserve compassionate care during difficult moments.
A heartfelt thank‑you to the Humane Society of Lebanon County for offering such an important service to the community.
