Rey (she/they) is a q***r, nonbinary somatic practitioner whose focus is helping other people in the LGBTQIA2S+ community heal their trauma and live more authentically. She’s currently seeing clients virtually and will start in-person appointments at Threshold in November. Their practice is trauma-informed, collaborative, feminist, anti-racist, culturally sensitive, and neurodivergent-affirming. Soon, Rey is going to offer free breathwork sessions as a part of a certification she’s doing, so keep your eyes out for that announcement. Welcome to the first of Threshold's monthly raffles! We'll be offering one special thing each month. For each of these, you can buy one ticket for $5 or 5 tickets for $20. All the proceeds go to Threshold. Drawings will happen on the last day of each month.

October Raffle: Couple's Massage Workshop on Valentines Day. Cute date time! This online class offers techniques, sequences, and anatomy to make your shoulder massages next level. You’ll get tips on keeping the giver's body comfortable while focusing on shoulders, neck, and back. If there's time and interest, feet, too. The teacher, Julia Taylor, has been a licenced massage therapist for 15 years and teacher of massage for 10.

This day-long class is for practitioners interested in learning human anatomy through both visuals and touch. Connecting structures we can look at in a model or book with what we feel inside ourselves and when touching others alters what and how we know.
