Pumping is so hard and you shouldn’t spend your entire postpartum leave attached to a pump to try to have enough milk, you will lose your mind. A silicone breast pump attached while baby is nursing is a great option!

During your birthing process there will be a lot of choices to make, many options will be given to “speed” up birth. Before agreeing to these interventions ask these questions. If this post gets 100 likes I’ll post the next round of questions today!

You 👏🏻 cannot👏🏻 spoil 👏🏻a 👏🏻newborn 👏🏻! They are biologically programmed to want to snuggle, eat every 2 hours and they do not sleep for long periods of time. It’s a biological design. Hold the baby, they don’t stay small for long.

I still cannot tell this story without a lump in my throat. Why do I ride so hard for moms? Because I was hit with everything you can imagine and besides my best friend I was left to fend alone. I’m of the mindset that I suffered so you don’t have to. When my twins were born the NICU was full so they had to be taken to a nearby hospital and I didn’t meet them for 2 days. I cried, I sat alone (I sent my husband to be with our other 3 kids and to see the twins) but my best friend came to me. She sat with me, made me laugh, and held my hand. I’m so thankful for her every single day of my life 💜
