Stress affects more than your mood. It impacts your entire body. When stress becomes ongoing, it can contribute to physical symptoms like headaches, stomach issues, and increased blood pressure, while also affecting your emotional well-being.

Healthy coping strategies like exercise, quality sleep, and connecting with others can help reduce its impact. This month and every month, take time to understand your stress and take steps to care for yourself. https://ow.ly/BKY650YBMwf

Teamwork makes the dream work.

Business Development Director David teamed up with Erin. Erin is the Business Development Director at our sister facility, MeadowWood Behavioral Health Hospital in Delaware.

Together, they represented our region’s Acadia hospitals at the 2026 Center for Autism Research at CHOP conference.

The conference, titled “Involved and Informed: A Conference for Autism Fathers and Autism Advocates,” brought together advocates and professionals dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and their families.

March is Social Work Month, a time to celebrate the dedication and resilience of social workers who serve within our hospital and beyond. Through compassionate listening and resource coordination, they strengthen support systems for individuals and families. Their work ensures that healthcare extends beyond treatment to whole person care.

Join us in thanking the social workers who make a meaningful difference in the lives of others!

Our team is out shamrockin’ around visiting valued partners and dropping off some helpful resources! If a leprechaun (or one of us) stops by your office, we hope it brings a little luck and a reminder that we’re always here to support your patients when they need a higher level of behavioral health care.

During Women’s History Month, we reflect on the remarkable contributions women have made to healthcare and the continued leadership they bring to the field. Their resilience and vision have paved the way for more inclusive, compassionate, and effective care. Across every role, women strengthen the foundation of recovery and patient advocacy.

Within rehabilitation, women have influenced research, improved best practices, and helped design programs that empower individuals to rebuild strength and confidence. This month, we proudly honor the women whose commitment to healing creates lasting impact in our organization and community.
