Ujima: To build and maintain our community together and make our brother's and sister's problems our problems and to solve them together.

With the help of those that support our vision of Ujima, today we are able to give 7 packs of wipes and 862 diapers to The Village Teen Parent Coalition to assist in their efforts to support teen parents around the city of Philadelphia!

THE CHAMP IS HERE 🗣️

Weighing in at 5lbs 10oz , Baby J made his debut as our first village baby of 2023. Let me tell you about his parents.. FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST BEAST, OKAYY! Childbirth is crazy with its twists and turns but this family, stood on solid ground and came through labor beautifully! We all prayed fervently for a healthy birth experience and that is what they received!

I had the absolute pleasure of watching this mama take control of her mind and speak power over herself. Pregnancy was wearing her out but the commitment she made to herself was powerful!

Shoutout to this for holding his wife downnnnn! I am so impressed by his covering over his wife and child. From taking notes at every appointment, to getting down on the ground with her to stretch.. this Daddy doula played no games when he said we’re in this together and we love to see it!! He went through training and rocked it! I think we have an upcoming daddy trainer on our hands 👀

A blessed 4th trimester to this beautiful family!
