In American culture, death is often a taboo, dark topic that is met with avoidance. In this space, we can bring light and curiosity to it. There is no agenda, just a nonjudgmental space to talk about all matters of death that impact us— whether it be the end of relationships, the loss of loved ones, the death of parts of ourselves, reincarnation, the afterlife, grief in all of its forms, and of course our own mortality. You may choose to speak and share, or simply stay to listen; all are welcome here. Death is never just the end, it is always a new beginning.
About Chelsea:
Chelsea .embody (she/they) is an embodied identity coach and s*xuality educator based in Philadelphia, PA. She supports people in coming home to themselves— exploring self-love, moving through limiting beliefs, and reclaiming their power to live as their most authentic selves. Rooted in somatic (body-based) practices like breathwork and guided visualization, her work invites reconnection with the parts of us we’ve learned to repress. Her workshops center pleasure, embodiment, and empowerment, creating brave spaces for folks to deepen intimacy with themselves and others through bold, heart-centered conversation and practice. Beyond her coaching, Chelsea loves facilitating conversations about s*x, death, and rock climbing— each a doorway into deeper connection and aliveness.
