Breathe your way back into freedom & connection

Going Inward: Somatic Breathwork & Sound Journey with
🗓️ Sunday, April 19, 6:30-8 pm

We’ll be using a subtle yet profound practice of conscious, connected breathing guided by the psyche, not intensity. This gentle parasympathetic breath support nervous system rewiring and deep healing on a mental, physical and spiritual level.

The breathwork will be accompanied by a soothing and comforting sound healing as a relaxation tool to help melt away the surface level distractions and invite the nervous system to settle into deeper, clarity, communication with the psyche and restoration of the body. The immersive sound allows vibrations to pe*****te the body to find rest, harmony and balance from the inside out.

These two practices together clear the path to create renewal of Self and openings in the subconscious. This evening is a journey back home.
