Going Inward: Somatic Breathwork & Sound Journey
with
🗓️ Jan 31st, 6 pm

We’ll be using a subtle yet profound practice of conscious, connected breathing guided by the psyche, not intensity. This gentle parasympathetic breath support nervous system rewiring and deep healing on a mental, physical and spiritual level.

The breathwork will be accompanied by a soothing and comforting sound healing as a relaxation tool to help melt away the surface level distractions and invite the nervous system to settle into deeper, clarity, communication with the psyche and restoration of the body. The immersive sound allows vibrations to pe*****te the body to find rest, harmony and balance from the inside out.

These two practices together clear the path to create renewal of Self and openings in the subconscious. This evening is a journey back Home.

Join us and breathe your way back into freedom, connection

Welcome to the Death Cafe. A warm, reflective space to explore mortality, dying, and what it means to truly live.

🗓️ This Friday, Jan 9, 7 pm

Through curiosity and conversation, we normalize the one thing we all share and perhaps find more meaning in the now.

Suggested Donation: $5, NOTAFLOF. Pre-registration is required 🔗 in bio

In American culture, death is often a taboo, dark topic that is met with avoidance. In this space, we can bring light and curiosity to it. There is no agenda, just a nonjudgmental space to talk about all matters of death that impact us— whether it be the end of relationships, the loss of loved ones, the death of parts of ourselves, reincarnation, the afterlife, grief in all of its forms, and of course our own mortality. You may choose to speak and share, or simply stay to listen; all are welcome here. Death is never just the end, it is always a new beginning.

About Chelsea:
Chelsea .embody (she/they) is an embodied identity coach and s*xuality educator based in Philadelphia, PA. She supports people in coming home to themselves— exploring self-love, moving through limiting beliefs, and reclaiming their power to live as their most authentic selves. Rooted in somatic (body-based) practices like breathwork and guided visualization, her work invites reconnection with the parts of us we’ve learned to repress. Her workshops center pleasure, embodiment, and empowerment, creating brave spaces for folks to deepen intimacy with themselves and others through bold, heart-centered conversation and practice. Beyond her coaching, Chelsea loves facilitating conversations about s*x, death, and rock climbing— each a doorway into deeper connection and aliveness.
