We invite you to join us for the next Parent/Caregiver Workshop: “We all need help!”
Normalizing Therapy in the Black Community on November 13, 2025 at 12PM.

This workshop is presented by Brian Thompson, CCTC Family-Based Team Lead with
Katrina Greenfield, CCTC Caregiver.

For too many people in the Black Community, talking about mental health and therapy still feels off-limits. Come join a conversation where we discuss the importance of therapy, as well as ways to talk about it with each other. Leave feeling connected and confident in your ability to talk to those closest to you about this sometimes sensitive topic. We will share some resources for accessing services and supports.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FREE and available to everyone, although pre-registration is required. Most CCTC workshops can be used for one hour of Parenting Education credits. This workshop will be presented in English.
