Carousel House Carousel House is a Philadelphia Parks & Recreation facility for people with intellectual and physical disabilities.

We offer year round programming for youth & adults as well as regular special events.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who participated in the Carousel House Rebuild Community Relaunch! Before the design for the new rec center is finalized, Rebuild wants to hear from you! Complete the Carousel House Relaunch survey at tinyurl.com/chrelaunchsurvey. Share your input on the indoor spaces, playground options, and public art. The survey is open until Wednesday, November 5.
