Temple Internal Medicine Residency

The Internal Medicine program at Temple University Hospital. The organization of medical education in America is rapidly changing.

The categorical internal medicine program at Temple University is a three-year experience that provides house staff with opportunities to assume ever-increasing levels of responsibility as their years of training advance. The clinical care provided by our graduates will be patient-centered, compassionate, respectful, and grounded in a broad base of knowledge that is constantly updated with current literature. Our graduates will be independent and critical thinkers sufficiently adaptable to care for diverse patients in diverse settings. Our Program is dedicated to meeting the health care needs of the North Philadelphia community we serve. We will embrace this change and adapt to it while still promoting the core values of ownership, responsibility, professionalism, and patient-centered care.
