Come work for HRSI as a Patient Advocate at St. Francis Hospital in Wilmington DE and make a difference in someone’s life!
In this position some of the duties you will be performing are:
Interviewing patients and/or family members using the Medical Assistance Application provided by the state.
Gathering documentation to accompany the applications
Making phone calls
Talking with our Client
Updating hospital/HRSI notes in our respective computer systems
You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs. You will need to be detail oriented, be able to multi-task and have excellent customer service skills. You must be dependable and reliable. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. You will need to be able to work independently and by yourself.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, we can be flexible with hours. Some training will be done remotely, must have access to computer

HRSI (Healthcare Receivable Specialists, Inc) has been customizing solutions for healthcare providers and self-pay patients for more than 25 years. We are an industry leader in helping uninsured and under-insured patients in the Medicaid application process or with other entitlement programs.

In this position some of the duties you will be performing are: Interviewing patients and/or family members using the Medical Assistance Application provided by the state. You must be dependable, reliable and able to work independently.

The hours for this position are 5:30 am - 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Must be fully proficient in speaking, writing and reading Portuguese.

HRSI is looking for a few exceptional call center representatives to work in our Center City office. This position involves prescreening uninsured patients to determine their eligibility for Medicaid. You must be a caring and patient individual who likes to help people and is ready, willing and able to make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from uninsured patients, along with entering information into our computer system regularly.

You will receive adequate training before you begin formally communicating and working with the patients. Your communication skills must be top notch as you will need to communicate with the patients along with your manager and co-workers in this deadline driven environment and we need you to be focused on the task at hand.

Must be fully proficient in speaking, writing and reading Portuguese.

Your work schedule will be four days a week along with working every other Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $11.00 to $11.50 /hour
