The Yoga at the Temple:
~Tantra~ is a combination of 2 words, tanoti and trayati, which mean expansion and liberation...it is the science of expanding the consciousness and liberating the energy. Tantra is the way to attain freedom from the bondage of the world while still living in it. The FIRST step is to know the limitations and capacity of the he body and mind. Next it prescribes techniques for the expansion of consciousness and the liberation of energy whereby individual limitations are transcended and a higher reality is experienced.

Yesterday i received this WOW gorgeous image from a client who uses Aromabliss to protect, accelerate & amplify the health & consciousness of Her precious being.
Last night i was gifted a vid of a clients magnificent 3 yrs old massaging OMBlissBaby oil into his beautiful face.
Tuesday nite while out playing in the music ethers I serendipitously met a fab babe who loves & uses Aromabliss.
Last nite a magnificent woman, one who used to come to the Temple years ago before she moved away, was in town visiting & told a story of a shamanic journey she was on where i was escorting Her into the arms of KaliMa.

We gotta just keep doing our work, even when we feel exhausted, isolated, forgotten, grey & hopeless. If the heart KNOWS & feels our deepest intentions, life will responds & validate. Sometmes it takes lifetimes, sometimes we are not met to receive props at all, this is why cultivating & trusting our own damn joy & purpose is a constant practice.

I have learned to live, as it were, with the idea that I will never find peace and happiness, either. But as long as I know there's a pretty good chance I can get my hands on either one of them every once in a while, I do the best I can between high spots.

Today I shall engage the 1 hr at a time protocol.
I will smack down my grumpy lament. I will remind myself all my needs are met & the desires that keep me crunchy & imprisoned are the illusion of an ignorantly perceived sense of lack. I will direct my awareness to the earth beneath me & the air entering me. I will TRY to stop associating with my likes & dislikes & cast my gaze to the mtherfcn beauty that is RIGHT in front of me. I will remember the 3 miles of bad road I have called ‘time past’ were paved w/ a mosaic of glistening jewels lined with flora that would make willows weep. I will be brave enough to press into truth & hope it holds me like a lover possessed.
I will remind myself I am always free on the inside.
But mostly today I shall send a juicy dose of love & sweetness your way as we sojourn through this wacky sometimes foreboding Kali Yuga & whisper from afar 'You got this'

This day sucked.
This day was filled with a lot of love
Sometimes love sucks, sometimes it feeds ya til you are bloated with Bliss.
Love is hard AF. I don’t understand it or why it needs to possess us busted up mortals. Imagine life if love just left us alone.
Ok I guess not.
