Temple Health’s Diabetes Prevention & Education Program is designed to help people understand their risk and take meaningful steps toward better health. Through personalized coaching, nutrition guidance, and activity planning, participants learn sustainable habits that can lower the chances of developing type 2 diabetes.

This program is part of Temple’s commitment to strengthening the health of our community through education, prevention, and compassionate support.

That’s why we created the Frazier Personalized Stroke Prevention Program, a collaborative approach bringing together experts like Dr. Nina O'Connor, Chair of Family & Community Medicine at Temple University Health System, E. April Baidal, Family Nurse Practitioner at Temple Health, Laksisha Sturgis, Director of Community Care Management at Temple Health and Dr. Cornelius Pitts, Assistance Professor at Temple University, to help patients take control of their health and reduce their risk of stroke.
