🌿 Spent the day at one of my favorite farms, and it was such a grounding experience. In our modern world, we’ve lost touch with where our food actually comes from. Today I got to reconnect deeply with the food and medicine the earth provides.

Figs, freshly picked, are not only delicious, but they’re also packed with fiber, antioxidants, and nutrients that support digestion and overall health.

Eating local foods straight from farmers and farmers markets isn’t just tasty. It’s a way to nourish your body and support the community.

There’s something special about knowing the hands that grow your food, feeling the soil, and tasting produce at its peak. Fresh, local, and mindful. That’s how I love to eat. 💚

🌿 This weekend, I spent some time outdoors. Sweeping the yard, enjoying the cool breeze, and picking fresh figs straight from the tree.

There’s something so grounding about connecting with nature. Feeling the earth beneath your feet, the rhythm of the seasons… it’s more than just chores or a snack. It’s a way to nourish the body, calm the mind, and heal the spirit.
