King 🇺🇲
The world lost a beloved golfer and family man, Dennis P. King, who played his last hole on December 19, 2025, leaving behind cherished memories and a well-lived life. Loving son of the late Frank & the late Mary King; Devoted husband of Mary J. (nee McGrath); loving father of Kristine E. Warner and the late Timothy King (Laura Steck); loving Pop Pop of Leah, Timmy, Olivia, Julianna, Isabella and Charlie; loving brother of Francis M. (Maureen) King and the late Mary Sue (the late James) Schmitt; also survived by loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Denny was a graduate of Father Judge High School, Class of 1967. He was born and raised in Mayfair section of Northeast Philadelphia and attended Saint Bernard Parish. Dennis was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and proudly served for 34 years in the Philadelphia Fire Department, retiring as a lieutenant.
Denny was a remarkable athlete who excelled in baseball, softball and basketball. An avid golfer, he leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and countless rounds.
Denny loved the Phillies more than anything and would be found listening or watching every game. He would rather be home than in the ballpark because he could get a better view. As much as he loved the Phillies he loved his Flyers, Sixers and Eagles. The Super Bowl wins fulfilled a lifelong dream. He was a passionate sports fan and would watch and cheer and be frustrated with each and every game he could see. He was affectionately known as "Denny Wawa" by his friends, and there never a bowl of ice cream or Oreo he didn't like.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation and Funeral Monday January 5, 2026, 9:15AM to 10:15AM at St. Matthew's Church 3000 Cottman Ave. Phila., PA. 19149.
Funeral Mass 10:30AM. Int. Holy Sepluchre Cemetery.
In leiu of flowers, kindly consider donations in Denny’s memory to the Wounded Warrior Project and The Joe Ryan Memorial Fund,

Quigley
Anna E.(nee Costantino) left this world suddenly on Friday, September 19, 2025. Anna, a lifetime resident of South Philadelphia and a graduate of South Philadelphia High School loved music, movies, good books, karaoke, crossword puzzles and games. She was also never afraid to "call you out" if she thought you needed it. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends. There are no words for the grief we feel. Anna retired from Capp USA after 42 years and had many friends and co-workers there who will also miss her.
Anna was the loving daughter of the Constance And the late Frank Costantino; devoted fiancé of Durell Singletary; loving sister of Margaret (Dino) Crocetto, Ellen (the late John) Showers, Michael (Joann) Costantino and Frank (Nicole) Costantino; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins across the country.
