Our residents had a wonderful time crafting adorable Little Woodland Elves using pine cones, wooden beads, cozy knit hats, and tiny scarves. Each elf has its own personality—just like our residents!

We are excited to expand our partnership with Citizens Bank into our Kosciusko Home! Yesterday marked the first of many planned visits from Citizens Bank and their wonderful volunteers, Mrs. Gina and Mrs. Michelle.

They spent time with our residents playing Fraud Bingo, helping shine an important light on telephone scams and other fraud awareness topics. To make it even more fun, they added Smarties candy to the game—sweet treats and smart tips! 🍬🧠

Thank you, Citizens Bank, for supporting and educating our residents. We look forward to many more visits! 🏦

We were happy to welcome AccentCare for the first of this year’s monthly visits as part of our Wellness Initiative at The Willows. ❤️ Each month, AccentCare will be sharing helpful information on important health topics, and January kicked things off with Fall Prevention.

Residents enjoyed learning practical tips and reminders to help stay safe, steady, and confident in their daily routines.
We’re grateful for this new partnership and look forward to many informative visits ahead!

🧈🫙 Shake, Shake… BUTTER! 🫙 🧈

Our residents had a butter-ful time at our Shake & Make Butter Social! With just heavy whipping cream, a mason jar, and some good ole elbow grease, everyone helped turn simple ingredients into fresh homemade butter! 🧈

There were smiles, laughs, and plenty of arm exercise along the way—and of course, tasting the finished product was the best part! 💪😄 They enjoyed their homemade butter on their cornbread at lunch after the social. It was delicious!

❄️🐾 Chilly Critter Creations 🐾❄️

Our residents got creative during our Chilly Critter Creations winter craft! Using sticker pages, everyone chose an adorable animal, placed it onto white card stock, and then brought it to life by drawing a wintery background around their critter!

From snowy scenes to cozy habitats, each masterpiece was full of personality and imagination. 🎨 This activity was a wonderful way to spark creativity, fine motor skills, and lots of smiles!😊

We love seeing our residents’ creativity shine—no matter the season! 💙

Our residents had a blast trying out a brand-new game—the Flurry Fun Scoop-Off! Blindfolded and armed with spatulas, they scooped fluffy cotton balls into buckets while music played in the background. The room was filled with laughter, cheers, and a little friendly competition along the way!

🎸👑 We Celebrated The King! 👑🎸

Yesterday, our residents were all SHOOK UP as we celebrated Elvis Presley’s Birthday 🎂1/8/1935🎂 in rock ’n’ roll style! 🎶 🎶 The fun included Elvis trivia, our very own Elvis Pelvis Shuffle Game, which started a DANCE PARTY! We topped it off with a peanut butter and banana sweet treat!  🥜 🍌

Yesterday, our residents were all SHOOK UP as we celebrated Elvis Presley’s Birthday 🎂1/8/1935🎂 in rock ’n’ roll style! 🎶 🎶 The fun included Elvis trivia, our very own Elvis Pelvis Shuffle Game that had everyone laughing and grooving, and a fun coloring activity featuring The King himself! 🎨
