We have been celebrating the Christmas Holiday all week this week, here at the Willows. During all the festivities this week we made sure to schedule time for our staff to come together for Christmas!
Laughter, good food, and holiday cheer filled the room at our employee Christmas party!

Spirit Week Friday - Baby it’s cold outside!

Winter cheer filled our halls as residents showed off their favorite Christmas sweaters/shirts for spirit day. The afternoon brought a delightful gingerbread house activity, residents got creative decorating their festive masterpieces with lots of smiles!

What a wonderful afternoon celebrating the Christmas season with our residents and their families! We were blessed with a great turnout and an atmosphere filled with joy, fellowship, and holiday cheer.

Our talented Resident Choir filled the room with beautiful Christmas hymns, followed by an uplifting message from, Brother Ben Laird, that reminded us of the true meaning of the season. Residents then received Christmas gifts and enjoyed delicious cake and punch while sharing special moments with loved ones.❤️

The afternoon was made even more fun as families gathered at our gingerbread balloon arch to capture photos and memories of the day! Please share any photos from the arch or party, please!💚

Our Resident Choir started the Christmas party with four beautiful hymns, filling the room with joy and reverence. They closed their performance with “Go Tell It on the Mountain,” joyfully sharing the powerful message of the season—the birth of Jesus and the good news meant to be celebrated and shared with all.

Spirit Week Thursday - Rocking around the Christmas Tree!! 🎶

The residents showed their Christmas Spirit today dressing up in fun Christmas sweaters and accessories!

Ho Ho Ho! We also had a very special visitor stop by to spread Christmas cheer today —✨Santa himself✨
Our residents enjoyed smiles, laughter, and warm holiday wishes as Santa made his rounds! From twinkling eyes to jolly laughs, this visit truly captured the magic of the season and filled our community with festive spirit and happy hearts ❤️🎄

Spirit week Thursday - Holly Jolly Hat Day

Today has been full of festive fun as our residents showed off their holly jolly hats and holiday spirit! We kicked off the day with a little pampering, giving residents a chance to get their nails done and feel extra merry 💅

The fun continued with an exciting game of Bingo, filled with smiles, laughter, and friendly competition 🎉 We wrapped up the afternoon by enjoying a delicious snack together—because no spirit day is complete without a yummy treat! 🥨 

✨ In addition to our spirit day, we were surprised by Mrs. Eubanks, Neshoba Central’s Family and Consumer Science teacher, who delivered a box of handmade Christmas cards and felt ornaments created by her students made for our residents. These thoughtful gifts truly touched our hearts. ❤️

We extend a heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Eubanks, her wonderful students, and the Neshoba Central School District for their kindness, creativity, and continued support of our community. Their generosity helped make our day even more special and meaningful. 💚

Spirit Week Wednesday - Rocking around the Christmas Tree!! 🎶

The residents showed their Christmas Spirit today dressing up in fun Christmas accessories and getting crafty at our ornament workshop! - Our Ornament Workshop included a festive button wreath ornament and a stained glass nativity themed ornament.

Christmas is a season of love, reflection, and togetherness. 🎄❤️ We’re grateful to celebrate these special moments with our residents!

Spirit Week Wednesday - Do you want to Build a Snowman?

The holiday fun continues today in Kosci. with  “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” Spirit Day! Dressed in cheerful snowman sweaters and tops!

To add to the fun and cheer of the season the residents enjoyed creating their own snow globe craft this afternoon!

From dressing up to crafting, it has been a joyful celebration of creativity, connection, and seasonal cheer that has made our community feel extra warm and festive today.
