Meet…our Pause for Paws dogs! As part of our semesterly Stressbusters week, we invite La Salle faculty and staff to bring their pups to campus. Petting animals has been proven to relieve stress through its release of oxytocin, which lowers our cortisol levels-so you’re not just imagining it, you really do feel better after snuggling a dog! 🐕 💕
