We’re Hiring: Program Aide (1 Year Experience)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Aide to join our team! If you have at least 1 year of experience supporting programs and enjoy making a positive impact in your community, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the daily implementation of program activities
• Provide support to participants in a professional and respectful manner
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the facility to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Work collaboratively with staff and supervisors
• Complete basic documentation and reports as needed

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing needs
