VIDEO_Love Day is coming up this weekend 🤎
And it’s okay if February 14th looks different this year.
Healthy love isn’t built on one day.
It’s built by what you intentionally place on your calendar all year long.
If you don’t plan for love, that open space will get filled.
Work. Errands. Responsibilities.
Weeks turn into months, months into a year; and suddenly there are no new love skills, no deeper connection, just exhaustion.
If you want a thriving love life, you have to plan for it.
This is what we teach at WLWD—and it’s the work we do in our own lives too:
• Weekly date days and date nights
• Using the Love Leader® App for free, low-cost, and elevated date ideas
• Choosing one quarter each year for a 40-Day Love Challenge
• Updating our Relationship Profile in the Love Literacy book twice a year
• Doing individual work because we evolve with age, seasons, and needs
• And coming together with other couples for a Couples Retreat every other year
Love doesn’t stay healthy on autopilot.
It responds to attention.
So whether you’re celebrating this weekend or keeping it simple, remember:
Love Day is a moment.
Love practice is a lifestyle.
