WhenLoveWorks Dynamically (WLWD) is an MWBE-certified leadership & professional-development firm that strengthens school culture through relationship-first social-emotional learning, coaching, and customizable PD for staff, students, and families.
Love Leader 101 is WLWD’s signature PD series that trains educators, leaders, students, and families in healthy communication, conflict resolution, and relational leadership through practical, role-play driven sessions and followup coaching.

In 2016, we stood in Thailand…not as tourists, but as visionaries.

We were scouting spaces, feeling energy, asking one question:
“Could this hold the kind of transformation our couples deserve?”

The answer was yes!

So we began preparing for Couples Thailand 2020.
And then… the world paused.
The pandemic shut it down.

But love didn’t stop.
The work didn’t stop.

So we continued guiding couples virtually, through Roatan, and through South Africa.
Through seasons where connection mattered more than ever.

And now, nearly a decade later…Couples Thailand is back.

Not rushed.
Not random.
But fully aligned with the experience we’ve been building all along.
