 Start 2026 by taking a moment to check in with your body.

It’s so do your self-chest check. If you feel something, say something.

1. Know your body, understanding what feels normal to you is the most important

2. Detect something abnormal? Call your doctor to review

3. Any questions of change, be sure to advocate for yourself and ask for additional screening, it’s better knowing vs not

4. If that lump, bump, or skin change leads to a diagnosis, seek out resources to help guide you
