Something just isn't right. Whether it's with yourself or with your relationship(s), things are weighing on you. Maybe you've read some articles or talked with friends, but it's not helping. You need more. You need the guidance of a trained therapist. The Better You Institute is here to help you figure out what is at the crux of the problem and work to identify new, healthy ways of working through and fixing the issue. Through talk therapy, we can support and guide you to finding a Better You. We specialize in s*x therapy, but we also work with individuals and couples struggling through mood, behavioral, and personality disorders, self-esteem issues, family issues, and relationships issues.
