🎉 Let's celebrate our Resident of the Month, Gwendolyn!

Resident of the Month: Gwendolyn C.

It is with great honor that we present our Resident of the Month, Ms. Gwendolyn Campbell. Ms. Campbell was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. She attended Thomas Dunlap Elementary School and also attended Dobbins High School where she obtained her diploma. After high school, she took several courses at La Salle University and Community College.

Ms. Campbell worked for the Federal Government for 22 years and also the City of Philadelphia for seven years. On her jobs she traveled to Saint Petersburg, Georgia, Tennessee, Chicago, Florida and Washington, DC, and to six African countries. Ms. Campbell also worked for the radio station WDAS.

Ms. Campbell has three children, though one of which has passed away, a host of grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Now she resides here at Laurel Square where she enjoys reading, puzzles and living a quiet, peaceful life. It is an honor to name Ms. Campbell as our Resident of the Month.

🎃🚗 Last week's Trunk or Treat event at Laurel Square was a smashing success! Thank you to everyone from the community and staff who participated and made it so special. Our residents were thrilled to be part of the fun, and we had a fantastic time. It's our mission to foster relationships between the families in our community and our rehab, so everyone knows how we can help in times of need.
Special thanks to Jermaine & Kathy for allowing us to host this event at Laurel. We're already looking forward to next year! 🌟
