As facial skin gets older, it tends to lose its elasticity and firmness – and that can lead to noticeable drooping. On top of that, facial fat begins to break down and drift downwards, causing significant drooping around the neck and jawline. The only way to truly correct these aging symptoms is through a short scar facelift and neck lift procedure. This procedure helps tighten sagging skin and remove excess fat for a more contoured and youthful appearance. 🤎
At The Pennsylvania Centre for Plastic Surgery in Philadelphia and Plymouth Meeting, PA, our board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Scott A. Brenman can combine a short scar facelift procedure with a neck lift for optimum results.🤎

Say goodbye to tired, dull skin—and hello to a brighter, younger-looking you with our newest laser technology for skin renewal!
For radiant results, it’s not too late, or too early. After the age of 30, your skin produces 1% less collagen each year. When combined with the cumulative effects of sun exposure, unwelcome fine lines and brown spots are inevitable. But you can defy the effects of aging. Our IPL laser treatment uses pulses of light to gently deliver energy to your face, chest, or hands.
Erectile dysfunction, sometimes known as impotence, refers to a man’s inability to attain an er****on that is rigid enough for s*xual in*******se. If it happens occasionally it is usually not a problem that needs treatment, but if it is happening on a regular basis then it could be the sign of a more serious, underlying health issue. ED is a fairly common issue in men, especially older men. However, most men are too embarrassed to see a doctor to inquire about treatment options, which there are plenty of.
If you’re occasionally unable to achieve an er****on, don’t become overly stressed about it. That’s normal for most men and not necessarily indicative of whether or not you’re suffering from erectile dysfunction. Environmental and situational factors such as fatigue and alcohol can also prevent you from achieving an er****on.
If you are having trouble obtaining and keeping an er****on, or if you have a weakened s*x drive, then you are probably suffering from erectile dysfunction. It is always a good idea to see a doctor about ED, as it can often be an indicator of more serious problems, including diabetes, elevated blood pressure, low testosterone, and high cholesterol to name a few examples. ED is almost always caused by something physical, but in rare instances, it can be caused by something psychological, such as depression, stress, or anxiety. Leaving your ED untreated can result in marital or relationship problems, self-esteem issues, and an inability to enjoy your s*x life.
We are adept at diagnosing and treating erectile dysfunction.
