YOGA Schedule for JANUARY!

Join us for small group class settings for $20. On Thursdays we have YOGA For Seniors focusing on balance, alignment and functional movement. On Fridays we have YOGA Flow focusing on movement, breath and recovery to end your week and get you ready for the weekend!

Classes need at minimum of 3 students to attend, so tell your friends! See you on the mat.

We also offer yoga 1:1 sessions or duos. Message us for more info!

🪴 Meet Kat. She’s been with Massage Studio of Philadelphia since 2021! Kat is also a professional dancer and dance teacher. Under the mentorship of Laura, her various continuing education courses, along with her several years experience in movement she’s begun to develop her own unique therapeutic massage style. 🌱 She will be adding face massage to her repertoire in the upcoming months!
