The Brain Tumor Avengers, Kid's Division TheBTAK raises awareness, support and funds for pediatric brain tumor research

The Children’s Brain Tumor Network is committed to finding better treatments and cures for pediatric brain cancer. The CBTTC aims to overcome the many challenges faced by pediatric brain tumor researchers such as limited samples, lack of conformity, variables in the collection process, processing and analyzing brain tumors, and the lack of NIH funding supporting pediatric brain tumor research. By freely sharing collected biospecimens with associated data and promoting a collaborative approach to apply the latest understanding of pediatric brain tumors, the CBTTC research team aims to accelerate the discovery process in an effort to find more effective treatments for pediatric brain tumors.
