The Sierra Group Academy of Philadelphia The Sierra Group Academy of Philadelphia is a pre-vocational, rehabilitative training school and a program of The Sierra Group Foundation.

Remote training for Adults with Disabilities seeking business and technology skills. From our headquarters in Center City Philadelphia, we transitioned to Remote/Hybrid in order to best prepare adults with disabilities for jobs with our 300+ regional business partners. Graduates are placed in jobs (remote-hybrid-onsite) that match their unique career goal and fill a labor market need. Common placements during 2020 - 2021 include remote customer service jobs, call center, IT help desk, accounts payable/receivable clerk, sales and marketing positions as well as admin assistant roles are in demand for Sierra Academy grads. On site placements include counter/hotel/rental clerk, and other jobs serving the community. Students with disabilities ages 14 – 21 also benefit from Sierra Group's 25+ years of experience in assistive technology, work readiness, and self advocacy skills.
