Kelsey went to Somerset Christian College where they studied Religion to become a missionary. Then they studied some more from some new teachers and ended up here. Other stuff they do includes Walking, Talking, Busywork, and Other Human Functions We've Decided We Don't Say. They live in North Philly with their band, THE OATMEALS:

Justin (Dad, 38 or 9?... Lead Guitarist, Drummer)

Hildy (Kid, 5... Drummer/Percussionist, Lyricist, and also sometimes Keys, Glockenspiel & Additional Sounds)

CREDENTIALS:
Kelsey holds completed their Yoga Teacher Training, Meditation Teacher Training, and Children's Yoga Teacher Training. They also hold certifications in Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Vegan Health Coaching. Outside of running Little Bit of Dharma, they currently hold a position as a Children's Yoga and Movement Coach for Yous in Philadelphia. They have practiced and taught yoga for 15 years.

ANNOUNCEMENT:
Hey y'all!
It's been great working with everyone who's taken advantage of my pay-what-you-wish yoga and meditation classes this year!
It's been my pleasure teaching you, and I want to thank everyone who donated!

Little Bit of Dharma will be going on hiatus and classes will be suspended while I undergo a few additional trainings this upcoming year.

In addition to my certifications in Yin, Children's Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Meditation, I will be working hard on submitting my final for my current YogaRenew YTT, finishing up a Master Class on Meditation, taking some additional Anatomy classes, and hopefully completing a 10 day Vipassana this spring in order to expand my knowledge and reach more people in need out here in Philadelphia and beyond!

Next year I am hoping to add even more free offerings to the schedule, such as additional Meditation classes, traditional Yin Yoga, and new fitness offerings such as Radio Taiso and Yoga Fitness.

We are also looking into exploring other platforms on which to share these offerings.

These have been some of the best/most difficult months of my life. Everything is totally different than last year, or what I thought life was ever going to be like. But I can finally, truly say that I'm living a life that honors who I am as an individual.
