​"We all have periods when things are tough and we feel like we are NOT okay, the situation is not okay, and sometimes it feels like most of the world isn't okay.
​But the truth we must remember in those moments—and please feel free to remind me in the future if I need it—is that everything is okay. I am Source Energy. The thing that matters most is that I am Source Energy.
​Through that Source: peace, hope, answers, and more light are found. Everything flows through, to, and from Source. Once we refocus our perspective, the biggest things can become so small they are forgotten in a moment, even if only temporarily.
