Hello All! This is an instructional video on how to use the FOB device that is located in each client's home. If your client does not have a FOB device, or their FOB device is damaged/not working, please contact the agency so that we can get one out to you ASAP. As of Sunday, December 6th, the GPS functionality will no longer be an option when clocking in and/or out. Every caregiver has been sent the information and instructions for clocking in and out using the FOB device and the Telephony system through the client's phone, If you did not recieve this information, please contact the office so that we can send it to you again. We want everyone to be set up for success going forward. We will no longer be calling to verify clock in's and out's. This means if you do not have an electronic clock in AND electronic clock out, either through the FOB or through Telephony, the agency will be unable to verify the shift for the insurance company, therefore unable to bill the insurance company, therefore unable to pay to caregiver for the shift. If anyone has any questions regarding this policy, please call the agency.

*Note: when you push the button on the FOB, the number that appears associates with the time the button is pushed. For example, if you get to your client's house at 7:55am for an 8am shift, push the button and enter the passcode and device ID, your clock in will be successful for 7:55am. However, if you forget to push the button and don't do so until 8:30am, then enter the passcode and device ID into the app, your clock in will be for 8:30am. So please make sure to be pushing the button upon arrival and entering that number into the app so that your clock in reflects the actual time worked.
