FanDuel’s Thanksgiving promotion is a clear sign of an industry that has lost its way.

Encouraging families to pass around parlays at the dinner table is not creative marketing. It is predatory behavior from a company that refuses to acknowledge the dangers of the product it sells.

The NFL should immediately denounce this campaign and end its partnership with FanDuel.

We cannot allow a holiday about gratitude and connection to be turned into another opportunity for an addictive industry to expand its reach.

This is why meaningful oversight cannot be left to the industry itself. Families deserve protections that are independent, enforceable, and built on public health.
