I have found my new massage therapist! Before I even said anything, Frank said “neck and shoulder issues yeah?”, which is exactly why I had come. He looked at my posture and quickly pointed out some areas for improvement. Years of desk work have impacted me clearly and I’m excited to begin working with Frank to help me alleviate some ongoing issues by addressing the root causes. His space is very calming and he clearly loves what he does.

Frank at Life4orce is exceptional. I came in with specific concerns, and he recommended the Integrated Massage. He’s Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and his expertise shows. Booking was easy, the studio is centrally located, and parking was hassle-free.
Before the session even began, Frank observed my posture and gait, identifying problem areas before I said a word. The consultation was smooth, and the session itself was unhurried and incredibly informative. I learned how my daily movement habits were contributing to pain and misalignment—and how to correct them.
This wasn’t just a massage—it was a deep dive into how my body works. I left feeling better and with a new understanding of how to move more mindfully. Highly recommend Life4orce and Frank’s integrative approach.

Very knowledgeable, warm personality, I felt safe and comfortable from the moment I smelled the essential oils and heard the music as I approached from down the hallway. This was hands down the best massage therapy session I've ever experienced!! I have visited many types of Massage Therapists over the years and have traveled hours away to see top pain relief Specialists. My appointment with Life4orce was hands down the best experience in holistic pain relief, posture correction and tension reduction after my first visit! I sit all day for work and developed debilitating lower back pain and shoulder tightness that threw my whole body out of whack. I was shocked by the immediate relief in symptoms. I was even standing taller. Frank completed a thorough analysis of my symptoms ( but knew as soon as I walked in the door) to address urgent problematic areas even before starting the massage. He aligns himself with the Client's needs in a way that truly reflects his love and dedication for the healing practice of massage therapy. His warm and inviting personality melts away anxiety.
