Be Well with Beth What if you could fit in healthy eating and exercise so you'll feel great - even when you're a parent!? Your health is my passion.

Beth Auguste is a dietitian, nutritionist, fitness trainer and mama. If you want to be healthy for you AND for your family, you should work with Beth. You need smart, accessible solutions that fit into your unique lifestyle. You need innovative ideas to move you closer to your health goals. And you need support on that journey. I’ve designed a unique approach that keeps this in mind and sets you up for success

Oh, hi! I'm Beth Auguste MS RDN CSOWM WFS. I'm a dietitian nutritionist, fitness trainer and board-certified specialist in obesity and weight management. And I'm ALSO a mom who juggles maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle while chasing two adorable but exhausting young children while running a business. Before life got complicated I was able to easily put nutrition and fitness first. After the pressures of career, marriage, house, and family came into play, I learned how difficult it can be to maintain healthy habits with so many competing priorities. Managing multiple responsibilities while balancing my self-care in a way that didn’t feel overwhelming was challenging. I realized the need for and value of community and support systems to nurture our desire for healthy living in the midst of our busy lives. And thus, Be Well with Beth was born! That experience helped me understand that nutrition and healthcare advice can’t happen in a vacuum. It needs to meet you where you are and integrate creative, effective solutions that fit into even the busiest schedule. I’m more than your nutritionist-- I’m an advocate and supporter for your wellness. I am here for you every step of the way. I’m passionate about helping my clients maintain a healthy lifestyle through the challenges of new parenthood and the hectic schedules of our everyday lives.

This book may make you…

- teach your kids intuitive eating!
- help you/your kids explore new foods and think about them differently
- bond with a local author! (.storyadventures has a book launch this weekend at !)

Today I worked with a patient who wants to spend more time having family dinner with her small children. We agreed this book can make a great dinner conversation starter! What do you think?

I’m teaming up with Philabundance for a virtual food drive, and I’d love your help.

With pending cuts to SNAP benefits, so many families are feeling extra stress at the grocery store. Even if support returns tomorrow, the ripple effects of that uncertainty last, and that’s where we can step in.

What I love about donating through Philabundance is that they can stretch every dollar further. For every $1 donated, they help provide 2 meals to someone facing food insecurity. It’s such a powerful way to make a real impact.

If you’re able, please consider donating. And if your workplace offers matching gifts, your contribution could go even further

Thank you for helping make sure every family in our community has access to good food and nourishment the foundation of true wellness.

p.s. If you are donating elsewhere this month, here are some thoughts for how you can make the most impact:

Start with what you already have. Whether it’s shelf-stable items sitting in your kitchen or snacks your kid’s have decided they no longer enjoy eating. Giving from your kitchen is the first best choice. It’s all about recycle and reuse.

Food banks and pantry’s have more buying power than you. They often are able to get more food for less money than what you’d spend at a traditional grocery store. This means your cash donations will likely have a greater impact than if you go out and purchase canned and shelf-stable items to donate. (So you can take something off of your to-do list and know that donating cash is super helpful!).

Lmk if this analogy make sense to you

Getting ready to promote my business at an event gives me the same vibes as when I clean my house for company.

It’s something I’ve been meaning to do, but it takes outside pressure to make me realllly do the work.

Welp. Thanks for hosting an open house at your beautiful facility so that I could pull together this carousel

Here are some of the ways I love working with clients:

1. You can join The Refresh. An online group course for busy parents who want to figure out how to eat well and exercise when there’s no time

2. 1:1 nutrition counseling - covered by insurance

3. Stroller workouts starting back up this month!

4. Get some FREE expert approved and mom-proofed guides for taking care of your wellness whether you are pregnant, newly postpartum, or raising small humans.
