I was reminded today that I once had a dream.
It wasn't just about massaging tissues, or the human body. It was really about restoring vim and vigor to beings who'd forgotten themselves and their completeness. Their perfection.
Humans are more than tissue. Their complexity lies deeper even than issues imprisoned in those tissues. They are exquisite models of the oneness inherent in existence itself.
Everything is connected. Body, mind, intellect, senses.
In my dream, massage was a field in which an interplay of all these spaces was not only possible, but was indeed imperative for humans to remember their wholeness.
I had a dream.
Somewhere along life's way my forgetter grew wings big enough to carry and dump my dream into its sea of forgetfulness.
Where it lay buried until today.
Thank you Nàeté for your waves of remembrance. Thank you for bringing my dreams back to shore.
