📣Este anuncio ha generado muchas dudas: ¿qué pasa con los titulares actuales? ¿y las extensiones?

📌Lo que sí se sabe: desde septiembre de 2025, algunas nuevas solicitudes de H-1B enfrentarán una tarifa de $100,000 que corre por cuenta de las empresas (no de los trabajadores).

No aplica para renovaciones ni para quienes ya tienen la visa.
