We’re thrilled to invite you to Heartfelt Connections: Nurturing Our Hearts for a Healthier Future , a 6-week, energy-filled series where parents and children take center stage in a journey to better health and stronger bonds.

We know parenting is a full-time job (plus overtime). Between homework, sports, and life’s to-do list, your well-being can slip to the bottom. This program changes that, making heart health fun, family-centered, and something you can look forward to together each week.

Here’s what’s waiting for families:
Cook, Taste, Love – Learn tasty, heart-healthy recipes that kids ask for
De-Stress Together – Quick, playful tools to help the whole family reset
Move as a Team – Games, challenges, and activities that get hearts pumping and smiles spreading
Your Wellness Village – Meet other families, swap stories, and cheer each other on

We’ll bring the experts, interactive fun, and delicious demos — you bring your family and an open heart. By the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll leave with more than knowledge — you’ll leave with memories, healthy habits, and a stronger parent-child connection.
