This goes out to anyone entering the challenge phase of the Low FODMAP diet. There have been changes to the list of recommended challenge foods due to factors such as climate change which affects the FODMAP content of crops. Monash retests foods from time to time to stay current on these changes. Following the low FODMAP diet can be very challenging, even when supervised by a dietitian. Please get in touch if you are thinking about starting or are having trouble handling all the details on your own!

I love matcha lattes. So much so that I learned to make them at home and drink it daily. Sometimes twice. My cups and saucers set brings me joy. As well as going to my local coffee shop and catching up with neighbors in the morning. The IG-worthy latte art is icing on an already wonderful cake.

When I was asked for contribute as an expert to an article about matcha for the Today Show, how could I say no? I really enjoyed learning more about the drink while weighing in on the health benefits.
