Food is information and every bite speaks to your thyroid đ˝ď¸
During my Weekly Q&A we talked about something that really helps women make sense of why nutrition matters so much.
By the way, this is the weekly call I host so all of my active clients can hop on, ask questions, and get the support they need.
We explored how every bite sends chemical messages to your body and your thyroid.đ
Those messages can either:
⢠improve natural all day energy
⢠support hormone production
⢠wake up a sluggish metabolism
⢠help clear the fog so your mind feels sharper and more present
â ď¸ Or they can do the opposite.
Your thyroid listens to what your plate is saying long before your labs ever show it.
I want to clarify that this understanding isnât about dieting or perfection.
â¨Itâs about recognizing the conversation happening inside your body with every meal.
We donât have to be perfect, but we should be very aware that this conversation happens daily⌠and we control it!
Once I realized this in my own journey, everything began to shift.
This awareness created my momentum đ
Most women with Hashimotoâs are taught to wait until labs look âoffâ before taking action.
But your body is communicating with you long before your bloodwork catches up.
When you see food as information and as communication rather than rules, fads, or guilt, you naturally begin choosing foods that support vitality instead of inflaming the thyroid further.
This is where real change begins.
Iâd love to know how this lands for you.
Comment and share what part hit home the most.
And if you were on the Weekly Q&A, tell me what insight stood out for you last night.
